Saying no can be…difficult. Especially if you want everyone around you to be happy. Especially if you don’t like confrontation. Especially if someone wants you to volunteer for something you just don’t enjoy and you’d rather spend that time outside reading a book. (Can you tell I relate?) But it’s really important–saying no to some things frees up your time and energy to do the things you really love!
Find some strategies for saying no in this month’s Family Resources e-newsletter, and create some time for yourself by saying yes to what you really want to do! Also up in this issue, tips for getting more and better sleep (near and dear to my heart, and finally under control these past few months), and two yummy-looking apple dip recipes. If you choose the unhealthy recipe, I won’t tell 🙂
